What a crazy weekend!
Dane had the most fabulous birthday party yesterday - a Harry Potter theme that was such fun; for adults as much as for the kids! Dad came down on Saturday night and was up until 1 am riggin up a magic trick for the kids. When they waved their wands they were able to make a pot levitate - thanks to a bit of fishing wire and my amazing Dad! Mum had also been hard at work creating the most incredible wizards robes for each of the kids, and they all spent the morning making and decorationg their wizards hats. (Note to self - glitter paint does not dry quickly in the middle of winter!) The kids had an amazing time - love those grins!
So my baby boy is yet another year older, another year away from being my baby boy. It seems trite but I really wish he'd stop growing and that I could enjoy these years a bit more.
